No phone call needed, and you keep Premium through the end of the period you paid for. Full refund within 30 days of your first payment when you buy here on the website. Lifetime is one payment of $249.99 for Premium for as long as KudoKids runs — the life of the service, for one family account. If KudoKids is ever sold, merged, or shut down, lifetime members get at least 12 months' advance written notice, a complete export of their family's data, and 30 days from that announcement to ask for a full refund of the lifetime purchase price. It's in our Terms, section 8.
Per family. One child or ten, the price is the same, and each kid gets their own list at their own bar. Charging per kid punishes bigger families — and bigger families are exactly who needs one system the most.
Two things, and the first one is for you. KudoKids AI is a parent-only assistant that sets up routines, tasks, and rewards from a plain sentence or a photo of your paper chore chart, with every change waiting on your approval — so getting each kid their own list isn't an evening's work. The second is that what they earn has somewhere to go: every themed world, companion looks, extra music, backgrounds, and animations, each unlocked by completing their routines and tasks — so the next reward isn't one you have to invent under pressure. Kids never talk to it, every batch of changes can be undone, chats are never stored, and your kids' profile names are swapped for placeholders in the text it sends. A photo you choose to send, like your chore chart, goes as-is, so it may show a child's name or face. The calming tools (quiet moments, affirmations, mood check-ins), the games, and the parent dashboard all come free with Explorer.
All of it carries over. Your family's data, Kudo Coins, and progress stay exactly where they are when you move from Explorer to a paid plan.
